My Meta Desktop is the culmination of a months duration of surveillance. Outfitted with 'spyware' I was able to track my personal usage of the computer in hopes of establishing a composite and virtual 'identity.' What manifests here is a form of simulacra whereby the imagery exists as a derivative of my actions and depict me in a space unreal and representational. My Meta Desktop relies on PHP and Javascript to call on the image and sound files for output.
